With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Simao Farias of New Bedford, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 11, 2021 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Simão and Diamantina of Jesus Farias. He is survived by: his wife Maria; his children, Diamantina (Jose Carvalho), Eduarda (Pedro Ferreira), Maria Grace (Eugene Gonçalves), Ana (Jonathan Travers), Carlos (Conceição), Arthur and Artur; his grandchildren, Susan, Monica, Paula, Sandra, Carlos, Peter and George; and his great grandchildren, Julieta, Simon, Christopher and Daxton.
Due to the Covid 19 pandemic the funeral services and burial are private.
