He was predeceased by: his father Donald Haynick; his sisters, Susan Frates and Sandra Flowers; and his nephew Jacob Froias. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Haynick (Bonenberger) of New Bedford; his children, Timothy J. Avila of Georgia and Abigail L. Rose (Steven) of Georgia; his sisters, Ramona McCarty of Dartmouth and Rebecca Griffin (Mark) of New Bedford; his grandchildren, Lilleigh and Marleigh; his nieces and nephews, Jarid Sousa, Samantha Gula, Marshall McCarty and Jeremy Pires; his great-nephews, Nicholas McCarty, Dillon McCarty, Marshall McCarty, Jr. and Andrew McCarty; and his great-niece Susan McCarty. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
