He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Westner and Rose Westner (Pisaturo); and his brother William Westner. He is survived by: his wife Susan Jayne Westner (Heath); his daughter Marion Krista Mikkelson (Mark Mikkelson); his grandchildren, Lauren and Leah of Norwich, CT; his daughter Meredith Westner (Steven Rego) of Richmond, RI.; his brothers, Joseph Westner of Rockville, MD and Francis Westner (Regina) of Niantic, CT; and his pets, Muffin, Fifi, Rosie, Lola and Madison.
