She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert Souza; her parents, Serafim E. Mello and Violet Mello (Souza); and her sibling Serafim E. Mello. She is survived by: her children, John Souza (Terry) of Vero Beach, FL, Michael Souza (Michelle) of Fairhaven, Paul Souza of Acushnet, Ann Botelho (Bill) of Fairhaven and Violet Perry (Michael) of New Bedford; her grandchildren, Jennifer Souza, David Souza, Casey Souza, Ben Souza, Meredith Barroso, Peter Ouellette, Brittany Perry, Brandon Perry and Donovan Souza; and her siblings, Frank E. Mello, Alfred E. Mello and Violet Nobrega.
