He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Matthew Silva, Sr. and Aninha "Anna" M. Silva (Burgo); and his siblings, Glenn Alan Silva and Audrey Ann Silva. He is survived by: his son Tyrone R. M. Mendes of Buzzards Bay; and his brothers, Carl Michael Silva of New Bedford and John Paul Rodrigues, Jr. of No. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
