He was predeceased by: his parents, John Botelho and Marion Botelho; and his siblings, Eugene and Mary-Ann. He is survived by: his wife Lillian Botelho (Medeiros); his son Michael (Anne-Margaret) of Fairhaven; his grandsons, Jonny and Jackie; his son Kevin (Kristen) of New Bedford Massachusetts; his nephew Mark Rowland; and his niece Michelle Serendynski.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Reggie's memory may be made to Saint Jude's Children's Hospital or Community Nurse Home Care of Fairhaven.
