He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Frazer and Theresa M. Gutowski (Couture). He is survived by: his children, Kelly Frazer of Tiverton and Greg Frazer of Little Compton; his grandchildren, Brianna Frazer, Trevor Cardoza and Mason Smith; his great grandchild Logan Levesque; and his siblings, Edward Frazer and Colleen Thiboutot. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
