She was predeceased by: her spouse Valdemar Goncalves Bettencourt. She is survived by: her parents, Manuel Roberto and Julia of Lourdes; her children, Jose Antonio Bettencourt, Valdemar F. Bettencourt, Francisco Jose Bettencourt of New Bedford, Maria Joao Pimentel of New Bedford and Miguel Bettencourt of Fall River; and also Silveira. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren; 3 living sisters; as well as several nieces and nephews.
