Nanette Mari Copeland Obituary

Nanette Mari Copeland, 65, of New Bedford, passed away Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at St. Luke's Hospital.

She was the companion of the late Edward MacHardy for 26 years.

She was the daughter of the late Darrell N. Copeland, Sr. and Barbara Ann (Roderick) Copeland.

She leaves four children, Tracy Lynn Krol Banker (husband Andrew), Tammie Paulino, Benjamin Paulino, and Laura Costello Pierce (husband Hakeem); six grandchildren, Joseph, Ariana, Jacob, Jaelynn, Averie, and Luca.

She was the sister of Darrell N. Copeland, Jr., Pamela Copeland, and the late Michael Copeland Sr., and late Stephen Copeland.

Nanette was employed by the Huddle House in the south as a cook. She then worked at Lifestream in Brockton, MA, as a CNA. Most recently Nanette worked at Savers in New Bedford. She was a selfless person who loved anyone and any company. Nanette was an avid collector of indians and wolves. In her spare time she enjoyed listening to country and rock music.
