He was predeceased by: his wife Jeannette M. Soucy (Bernier) of Luke's Hospital; and his parents, Leo Soucy and Rita Soucy. He is survived by: his sons, John Shaffer (Tracy) and Brian; and his grandchildren, Jessica, Paige, Montana, Steven, Randall, Derek and Christian. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
