She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Sparks; her parents, Antonio Dennis Evora and Emelia (Almeida); her siblings, Dennis Evora, Antonio Evora and Anna Cabral (Robert Cabral); and her nephew Doice Carrington.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Brenda, Alene, Robin, Nicole, Ayana, Chontel and Debbie; her great-niece Janaela; her goddaughter Corinne; and her sisters, Emily Carrington of Boston and Evelyn Knight of Virginia.
