It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria (Sousa) Pacheco (New Bedford, Massachusetts), who passed away on June 27, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Anibal Pacheco; her parents, Antonio B. Sousa and Maria Sousa (Costa); and her brother Manuel B. Sousa. She is survived by: her siblings, Gloria Pacheco of New Bedford, Lurdes Barbosa of Fall River, Lidia S. Bento of New Jersey and Antonio B. Sousa. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
