She is survived by: her daughters, Suzanne Arruda (Paul) of Dartmouth and Meagan Raposo of New Bedford; her grandson Gabriel Arruda of Dartmouth; her siblings, Luis Pires (Conceicao) of New Bedford and Lucia Ferreira (Mariano) of Dartmouth; and her sister-in-law Almerinda Carroca of Portugal. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
