He was predeceased by: his father Manuel Rebelo. He is survived by: his mother Beatriz Borges; his daughters, Marisa Rebelo and Elyse Rebelo-Tavares; and his siblings, Grace Dias, Michelle Fisher, Michael Rebelo, Daniel Rebelo and Stephen Rebelo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
