He was predeceased by: his wife Cecilia V. Raposo; his parents, Olivia Raposo (Moniz) and Manuel Raposo; and his siblings, Natalia Raposo Silva and Jose Raposo.
He is survived by: his son Manuel Raposo (Denise) of Rochester; his grandchildren, Reid Raposo and Lilah Raposo; and his siblings, Maria Goretti Castelo of Jacksonville, Fernanda Martins of Jacksonville and Valdemar Raposo of New Bedford. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and a goddaughter.
