It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Makayla Morse of New Bedford, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 5, 2021, at the age of 8, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Matthew Morse of Wareham and Hannah Soares of New Bedford; her stepfather Geoffrey Peckman of New Bedford; her siblings, Madison Soares of New Bedford, Oliver Risotti of Maine and Kelsey Peckman of Wareham; and her grandparents, Robert Morse of Rochester, Barbara Morse of Berkley, Joseph Soares of New Bedford, Debbie Houle of New Bedford, Charles and Linda Bean of Bourne. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, relatives and friends.
