She was predeceased by: her parents, Emilio Perez and Carmen M. Velazquez; and her grandchild Angel Caban. She is survived by: her children, Zuleyka Cruz Perez (Anthony Caban) of Dartmouth and Jonathan Torres (Charleen) of Fall River; her siblings, Carmen Iris Perez of Puerto Rico, Evelyn Perez of Puerto Rico, Miguel Perez of New Bedford and Jose Emilio Perez of New Bedford; and her grandchildren, Yadiel Torres, Yarieles Torres, Yansell Torres, Yahir Torres and Jeriel Caban.
