He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Mills (Tomkiewicz); his children, Charlotte Mills, Loring Mills Jr. (Brooke), Jarred Mills (Sara), Marrissa Pimental (Mario), James Mills (Kayla), Jessica Mills, Taylor Mills and Jacob Mills; and his siblings, James, Gary, Shawn and Dawn Manning. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
