He was predeceased by: his father Reyes Lugo. He is survived by: his spouse Reneé L. Lugo (Almond); his mother Natalia Gutierrez; his children, Reynaliz M. Lugo, Thalia A. Lugo, Angelina E. Lugo, Arianna Elderkin and Aaron Elderkin; his siblings, Mabel Santiago (Jesus Ramos), Samuel Santiago (Ana), Leidiana Lugo (Enrique), Belinda Lugo and Dionelis Lugo; and his nieces and nephews, Anabel LaFontaine, Naomi Rosado, Christian Ramos, Samuel E. Santiago and Christopher D. Santiago.
A funeral service will be held Friday, March 5, 2021, at 10:00 A. M. (Visitation prior to service from 9:00 A. M. to 10:00 A. M.) Facial coverings and social distancing are required.
