He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward A. Francis and Ellen M. Francis (Norton); and his brother Walter. He is survived by: his siblings, Charles, Edward Francis, Irene Marshall, Mary Correia, Claire Vaughan and Ellen M. Francis.
