He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Santiago Nieves and Gumerlinda Melendéz of Jesus. He is survived by: his children, Jose Luis Santiago Felix, Jr., Otoniel Santiago Felix, Rosalyn Santiago Felix and Danalyz Santiago Felix; and his grandchildren, Destiny Garcia, Yandell Garcia, Tanya, Cotto, Joyce Garcia and Alanis Garcia. He is also survived by several brothers and sisters and several nieces and nephews.
