He was predeceased by: his sister Helena Bodzioch. He is survived by: his wife Hertha; his sons, Christopher Wolkowicz (Terry) and Derek Wolkowicz (Candace); and also, Aria, Justin, Brooke and Drew. He is also survived by two nieces and one nephew, and countless friends.
In lieu of flowers and in recognition of his love for the zoo, memorials may be made to the Buttonwood Park Zoological Society 425 Hawthorn Street New Bedford, MA 02740, should friends desire.
