He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel DeMello and Herminia DeMello (Soares); and his sister Natalie Da Costa. He is survived by: his children, Michael DeMello of Fall River, Gary DeMello of New Bedford and Patricia A. DeMello of New Bedford; his brothers, Joseph DeMello (Agnes) of Dartmouth and Manuel DeMello (Fatima) of Dartmouth; and his grandchildren, Zachary DeMello, Zoe DeMello, Korall DeMello, Landen DeMello and Gavin DeMello.
