Lessa of New Bedford, Massachusetts, born in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, who passed away on January 9, 2021, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar E. Paine and Annette M. Paine (Leduc); and her sister Maryann Paine. She is survived by: her husband Anthony J. Lessa, Sr.; her children, Sarah Paine of New Bedford, Anthony J. Lessa, Jr. of New Bedford, Christine Lessa of New Bedford and Heather Paine of Fairhaven; her brother Raymond Dussault of Charlestown, RI; her grandchildren, Gabriella, Ava, Aundrea, Steven, Milana, Aniaya, Ayia and Umayyah; and her brothers, Richard Dussault and Matthew Paine.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, her Mass of Christian burial in Our Lady of the Assumption Church is private.
