He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Maria Vieira (Duarte); his child Juanika Vieira; and his sibling Geraldine Vieira. He is survived by: his spouse Juanita A. Vieira (Rose) of New Bedford; his children, Charles Amado of Maryland, David Amado of Texas, Sharon Vieira of Boston, Michael Amado of Wareham, Ryan Amado of New Bedford and Henry Vieira; and his siblings, Derman DaCosta of New Bedford, Nancy DaCosta of Boston and Gerwu Vieira. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
