With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gloria A. Mahon of New Bedford, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 21, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John J. Mahon; her parents, Jesse P. Rapoza and Mary Rapoza (Correia); her son Gary Mahon; and her grandchild Brie-Anne Viveiros.
She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl Viveiros (George) of New Bedford; her grandchildren, Derek Viveiros (Christine Oliveira) of New Bedford and Kaelyn Caton (E. J.) of New Bedford; her great grandchildren, Bella and Brady Viveiros; her siblings, Ronald Rapoza (Cecile) of Sarasota, FL and Brenda Dias (Ronald) of Dartmouth; her siblings-in-law, Patrick Mahon (Gaetone) of New Bedford and Kathleen Dougherty (late Stephen); and her grandson Craig Viveiros. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
