He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklyn A. Astacio, Sr. and Catherine G. Harvey. He is survived by: his children, Franklyn Cowley of New York, Kenneth Spooner of New Bedford, Danielle M. Cowley-Rodriguez (Jose) of New Bedford, Krystal Astacio of New York and Desiree Astacio (Danielle) of Florida; his siblings, Richard Astacio (late Ronda LaBarba) of New Bedford, Lisa A. Bowman (late Paul E. Bowman, Jr.) of New Bedford and Laura L. Mele (Rocco) of New York; and his close friend Mama Caroline. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
