She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur M. Mello; her parents, Manuel Medeiros and Mary Medeiros (Esteves); and her sister Germaine Ferreira. She is survived by: her son Robert Mello of Florida; her former wife Jo-Ann Mello of New Bedford; her daughter Lois Ann Mello of New Bedford; her grandchildren, Erica Rodrigues (Milton) and Kevin Mello (Sonia); her great grandchildren, Olivia, Kyle, Aiden and Dylan; and her siblings, Frank Medeiros, Patricia Medeiros, Sophie Cordeiro, Florence Jorge, Alice Benoit, Irene Roseman and Maryanne Frechette. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
