We are sad to announce that on April 4, 2024, at the age of 99, Eileen H. Kolaczewski of New Bedford, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Edward Kolaczewski; her family Eileen; and her sister Margaret Loan (Joseph) of Stoughton. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews, 13 grand-nieces and grand-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Eileen's memory may be sent to Alzheimer's Association, 309 Waverly Oaks Road, Waltham, MA 02452.
