He was predeceased by: his parents, Clara Pontes (Sanchez) and Pedro DeBritto Pontes; his sister Rose Marie Sanchez; and his niece Jade Pontes. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca (Becky); his sons, Anthony of Billerica, Jacob of Billerica and Cameron of Billerica; and his siblings, Paul (Haverhill), Joseph (San Diego), Alvaro (Cambridge), Antonio (Boston), Theresa (New Bedford), Anna (New Bedford) and Teresa (Cambridge). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
