He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Costa and Rita F. Lacerte (Gadapee); and his stepfather Leo Lacerte. He is survived by: his son Gabriel Shurtleff of New Bedford; his siblings, Pamela Silva (Mark) of Fall River and Alfredo Inman of Michigan; and his nieces, Lisa, Rita and Jean. He is also survived by great-nieces and nephews; aunts, uncles and cousins.
