He was predeceased by: his parent Edward J. Misiaszek; and his sister Tammy L. Misiaszek. He is survived by: his parent Charlotte Misiaszek (Botelho); his children, Adam C. Misiaszek and Jolie S. Misiaszek; and his sister Keely R. Misiaszek of New Bedford. He is also survived by four nieces, a nephew, and a great-niece; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, his children ask that memorial donations be made to The Herren Project.
