With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Candida E. Acevedo Soto of New Bedford, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 27, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Miguel Ramos Echevarias; her parents, Francisco Acevedo and Glotilde S. Soto; her children, Israel Perez and Carmen Perez; and her brother Roberto Acevedo.
She is survived by: her children, Miguel Ramos of Puerto Rico, Julio Perez of New Bedford, Samuel Perez of New Bedford, Angel Francechis of North Dakota, Maria Francechis of Puerto Rico, Ivette Ramos (Hector Aponte) of Detroit, Norma Ramos (Miguel Perez) of New Bedford and Delma Perez of Puerto Rico; and her siblings, Rosa Acevedo, Esperança Acevedo and America Acevedo. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
