She was predeceased by: her parent Antonio Souza; and her sister Janet LaFrance. She is survived by: her parent Antonia Souza (Pinho); her husband Gary; her daughter Carey DaSilva (Manuel); her stepdaughter Kortney LaFleur; her grandchildren, Cody Guidry and Tayanah Gomes; her siblings, Michael, Brian, Peter, James Souza, Linda Fontes and Cynthia Pousinho; and her close friend Beatrice Bruce. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
