She was predeceased by: her parents, John C. Sylvia, Sr. and Hilda Andrade (Botelho); and her daughter Susan Wright. She is survived by: her close friend Autilio "Tony" DaLomba (Freetown); her children, Russell Sylvia (Jo-Ann) of New Bedford, Cheryl Gama (David), Freetown, Darlene Wright of New Bedford, Michelle Wright and Christopher DaLomba; her siblings, Wayne Botelho of Fairhaven, Robert Sylvia of Dartmouth, John Sylvia, Jr. and Carol Semiao of Acushnet; her grandchildren, Jessica Gama, Jonathan Gama, Russell Sylvia, Jr. and Melissa Sylvia; and her great grandchild Ethan Sylvia.
