It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Benjamin Rivera of New Bedford, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 5, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Crispulo Rivera and Carmen Lopez. He is survived by: his wife Nilda Rivera (Rodriguez) of New Bedford; and his children, Jerry Dean Rivera of New Jersey, Henry Rivera of North Carolina, Benjamin Rivera, Jr. of Puerto Rico, Jeanette Rivera of New Bedford, Bernice Rivera of New Bedford and Beatrice Rivera of New Bedford. He is also survived by several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
His funeral service and interment will be PRIVATE. Please be advised that due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there are strict guidelines that must be adhered to for the safety of everyone. You MUST wear a mask to be allowed entry to the services.
