It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Borge of New Bedford, Massachusetts, born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, who passed away on December 5, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur G., Sr. and Dolores E. Burt (Breton); and her brother Arthur G., Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Charles E. Borge, Sr.; her children, John Gwozdz of Attleboro, MA, Arthur Gwozdz of New Bedford, MA, Christine Daniels of Pawtucket, Daniel Gwozdz (Kerry) of East Providence, Robert Ferreira of Central Falls and Jennifer Ferreira of Providence; her stepchildren, Charles E. Borge, Jr. (Debbie) of Somerset, MA and Melanie Mello (John) of Florida; and her siblings, Phyllis Cambria of Rehoboth, Louise "Sue" Woodside of East Providence and Richard Burt. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren.
