She was predeceased by: her parents, Marcelino Rodriguez and Julia Ortega; and her sons, Angel Serrano Ocasio and David Cruz. She is survived by: her husband Guillermo Martinez; her daughter Denise Mojica of New York; her grandchildren, Luis Laboy, Jason Laboy, Calina Mojica, Kirangie Serrano and Dilaury Serrano; and her great grandchildren, Angelina Lopez, Victoria Laboy and Alessia Aponte.
