He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Baudilio Rosa and Cristina Ovidia Castro Canas; his son Nicolas Castro Alvarado; and his sister Sonia Castro. He is survived by: his wife Ninfa A. Alvarado; his children, Antonio C. Castro, Jr. (Rachel Williams) of New Bedford, Emanuel Castro Alvarado of New Bedford and Wendy Alejandra Alvarado of New Bedford; his siblings, Maria of Paz Castro, Melvy Castro of New Bedford, Romilia Castro of New Bedford, Ruth Castro of New Bedford, Josue Castro of El Salvador, Joel Castro of Fall River, Moises Castro of El Salvador, Cristina Castro of El Salvador and Nelson Castro of El Salvador; and his grandchildren, Melanie N. Abarca and Alejandro N. Castro.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 29th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 29th 2024 at 10:30 AM.
