He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose and Ursulina. He is survived by: his sons, Jason R. Medeiros (Jennifer) of Middleboro and Michael P. R. Medeiros of New Bedford; the mother of his children Sandra Medeiros (Reis) of Hudson; his sisters, Eduarda Tavares (Pedro) of New Bedford and Ursulina Reis (Joe) of Fall River; and his grandchildren, Reece Medeiros and Vera Medeiros. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
