Carvalho of São Miguel, Açores; his grandchildren, Joshua B. Carvalho, Crystal Lima, Erica Carvalho, Kayla Silva, Adam Carvalho and Jacob Carvalho; and his great grandchildren, Tyson Alexander Lima, Jameson Joseph Silva, Jaden Carvalho and Aniyah Carvalho.
