He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lucinda J. Costa (Silva) of New Bedford; his children, Peter Costa (Racheal) of New Bedford, Manuel A. Costa (Betty) of Killeen, Texas and Paula I. Costa (Duane Skuce) of Riverside; his grandchildren, Faith Rae Costa, Manuel A. Costa, Jr., Elijia Costa, Antonio C. Costa, II and Matthew Skuce; and his siblings, Isabel Almeida and Irene Duarte.
