She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald T. Swistak; her parents, Robert L. Cummings and Helen E. Cummings (McCarthy); her daughter Sharon Swistak; and her siblings, Robert, James and Thomas Cummings.
She is survived by: her children, Abigail Hebert of New Bedford, MA and Timothy Swistak of Fall River, MA. She is also survived by three grandchildren; one great grandchild and several extended family.
