She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Medeiros and Hortencia D'Oliveira; her child Eddie Vieira; and her brother Manuel. She is survived by: her husband Antonio Vieira; her children, Joao Vieira of New Bedford, Antonio Vieira (Linda) of New Bedford, Louis Vieira of Portugal, Fernando Vieira of Portugal, Anna Figueroa, Carmen Vieira of Portugal and Rosa Vieira of Fall River; and her siblings, Humberto Medeiros of Canada, Oglina Medeiros of Canada, Adriana Medeiros of Portugal, John, Germano and Deodado Medeiros. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
