He is survived by: his spouse Darci Lopes (Duarte); his parent Ana Julia Lopes; and his children, Amaro O. Lopes, Armando Lopes, Anna O. Lopes and Ana Bertani (Frank). He is also survived by six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
