She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Antonio Adao; her sons, Jose Adao (Ana) of Dartmouth and Domingos Adao (Mindy) of New Bedford; and her sisters, Fatima Goncalves of New Bedford, Carminda Pires of Portugal and Lucilia Dias of France. She was also cherished by five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
