He was predeceased by: his brother Moises. He is survived by: his wife Linda Simão (Maiato); his daughters, Rosemary M. Simão of Arizona and Sandra M. Reis of Pawtucket; his grandson Kevin P. Reis, Jr. of Arizona; and his siblings, Alda Farias (Miguel) of New Bedford, João Farias of New Bedford, Shih Tzu, Khloe, Ludovina, Octavio and Noé. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Al's memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 would be appreciated.
