He was predeceased by: his wife Norma Middleton (Willox); and his brothers, David, Alfie and Mick Middleton. He is survived by: his son Gary (Anne) of Norfolk, MA.; his grandchildren, Melissa Ham (Nicholas) of West Bridgewater, MA, Mark of Easton, MA and Cameron of Reston, VA.; his great grandchildren, Austin and Madison; and his sister Edna Mann (Scotland).
In lieu of flowers a donation to the Archie Foundation, an organization that helps children in Scotland, in Bill's name would be appreciated.
