He was predeceased by: his parents, Katarzyna Mastaj and Joseph Mastaj; and his brother Stanley. He is survived by: his children, John-Paul (Gessica), Christopher and Joseph (Valerie); his fiancée Judy Corbett; his sister Krystyna (Bruce); and his sisters-in-law, Elzbieta, Diana (Tom), Janet (Lenny) and Mary (Roy). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews.
