She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew Chapin; her former husband Jim Burns; and her brother Paul. She is survived by: her sons, Richard Chapin and Robert Chapin (Joan Chapin); and her granddaughters, Michele, Katelyn, Lindsay and Stephannie. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
